The accompanying person's registration includes access to exhibition and welcome reception.

- - A copy of the bank transfer statement with the participant’s name, address and payment details on it, should be sent to the secretariat by e-mail at reg@apsci2023.org.
- - Your registration is only complete with the full payment of registration fees. Upon receipt of your full payment, a confirmation letter will be sent to you within three weeks.
- - All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrant.
- - Checks are not accepted.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

- - All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to reg@apsci2023.org by August 31, 2023.
- - All refunds will be made within 2 months after the completion of APSCI 2023 according to the following policy.
* Cancellations by June 30, 2023: The processing fee of USD 50 will be deducted from the reimbursement.
* Cancellations From July 1 to August 31, 2023 : You will receive a 50% refund of the total fee. The processing fee of USD 50 will be deducted from the reimbursement.
* Cancellations on and from September 1, 2023: NO REFUND will be made for cancellations received on or after this date. - - If you do not attend the symposium without a written notice of cancellation, no refund will be made.
- - All bank service charges are to be paid by registrants.
