APSCI 2023 Committee invites you to submit your abstract(s) for the scientific program. This meeting is an outstanding opportunity to exchange scientific information and improve cooperation among professionals at the international level.

* The online abstract submission of invited talks is open. Invited speakers can submit their abstracts at the individual accounts on the symposium website.

Poster Presentation

Interesting and inspiring studies related to Cochlear Implant and Related Sciences will be displayed in the poster session. Also, abstracts of exceptional qualities can be requested to be presented orally.

Oral Presentation

You can apply for the oral presentation where you will have an opportunity to present your work directly to the audience at the symposium.

   Abstract Submission Guidelines

Submission
  • - Abstract can only be submitted online through the official website. Abstract submission by email or fax will not be accepted.
  • - Submission of an abstract implies that it has been approved by all listed authors.
Language - English
Title - The title must not exceed 30 words.
- Refrain from using abbreviations in the title.
Author - Names and surnames for all co-authors must be provided.
- Do not include degrees or titles.
- Presenting author’ name will be underlined, and corresponding author’s name will be in bold.
Institution - Listed by department, institution and country.
Contents
  • - Contents may be organized as the author sees fit, though they should include the purpose of the study, the methods used, a summary of the results and the conclusion reached. It is not satisfactory to simply state that “The result will be discussed.”
  • - The contents must not exceed 300 words.
  • - Tables, figures, graphs and references are not allowed in the abstract.
  • - Animated images and animations are not permitted and will be non-functioning.
  • - All abbreviations must be defined in first use. Only standard abbreviations may be used without definition. Data must be given in units widely used in literature (An international metric system is preferred).
  • - Abstracts will be reproduced exactly as submitted and will not be edited in any way. The authors are responsible for all spelling, grammatical or scientific errors.
  • - Modifications may be made at any time until the abstract submission deadline.
Keywords - Three keywords must be entered.
Originality
  • - Abstracts must be original and must not have been published at the time of abstract submission.
Conflicts of Interest - To avoid any commercial bias, all authors must disclose conflicts of interest in the presentation.
Copyright
  • - By submitting the abstract, the author(s) grants APSCI 2023 the exclusive right to first publish the abstract and thereafter a non-exclusive right to publish, display and store the abstract in all forms, formats, and media.
  • - No fee shall be paid to the author(s) by APSCI 2023 for the license granted herein. The author(s) will retain the copyright of his or her abstract as well.

Notification of Acceptance

The scientific committee will review the abstracts, and the notification of acceptance will be sent from June 26, 2023 along with presentation instructions. If your abstract is accepted, please be sure that the presenting author registers for APSCI 2023. If the presenting author does not register and pay in full, the abstract will not be included in the symposium.

The organizing committee of the 14th Asia Pacific Symposium on Cochlear Implant and Related Sciences strictly prohibits duplication, reproduction, storage and/or transmission for any commercial purpose.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, transmission, and commercial use of any presented and/or published materials of the 14th Asia Pacific Symposium on Cochlear Implant and Related Sciences is a serious offense of copyright infringement, and upon violation of such conducts, the organizing committee may take civil and criminal legal actions against them.
