Here is the information on the poster presentation.


1. Final Poster No. and Poster Area

Please find the attached file which includes the list of Final Poster No. and the Poster Map. 

Posters are displayed in the Room 101+102 and the lobby (1F) during the symposium period, and the poster areas are divided by topics. Please find the allocated area for your poster. 

 

2. Poster Set-up and Removal

Presenters are requested to bring their own printed posters, put them on the allocated boards and remove them afterwards according to the following schedule. 

 

 

Poster Set-up

 November 8 (Wed) 12:00-18:00

 November 9 (Thu)  07:00-10:00

Poster Removal

 November 11 (Sat) 12:00-14:00

 * Posters that remain after 14:00 will be removed without notice. 

 

 

 

 

3. Poster Presentation

There is no mandatory standing time. You can freely present your posters to the audience.
